This page lists the most recent updates to the Bedful booking system. We're constantly improving due to customer feedback, so if you have some ideas, please get in touch.

September 2026

• Added cut off time for extras to prevent certain extras being added to bookings too near to check in date
• Added ability to delete messages, rather than just suspend them
• Updated the calendar widget to hide "Number of children" box on Adult Only sites

August 2026

• Added ability to set "Check in cut off time" for specific units, rather than only site-wide
• Adjusted text in "No Payment" message templates for customers
• Allowed ability to set "Max Stay" limit across site

July 2026

• Added revenue recovery dashboard to show how much money is saved
• Added admin notes to daily diary and PDFs
• Allow assigning reminders to other users for managers and above
• Allow creating global reminders for all users of a site

June 2026

• Allow sending payment reminder email immediately on creation of payment
• Added notes field to payments for attribution
• Added new splash search page for hosts to link to
• Fix for discounts with codes applying over other automatic discounts

May 2026

• Updates to Euro currency display handling
• Updates to time zone display for Australian time zones
• Disallow changing payment type on paid payments
• Keep arrived tag on diary after arrival
• Adjusted booking list filters
• Fix for abandon message sent after booking
