When we process bookings or integrate them with other services, we must pass the guest name and email address and property information to a third party (each, an “Integration Partner”) to enable them to post your booking, provide your booking, send you booking confirmation and other booking documentation, and otherwise facilitate bookings. The Integration Partner is able to access your information and their treatment of your information will be in accordance with their own data and privacy policy. In some situations and on the instruction of the Integration Partner, we may also pass the information to other providers of services to enable the smooth processing of your booking and to update availability on other booking systems or other accommodation providers websites. They need this information in order to arrange and secure your booking and will store, process and share your data in line with their own terms and privacy policy.

We may share information with other entities within the Tripadee Group where such disclosure is necessary to manage our business. In particular, we may use it to analyse booking trends and refer to the results in press releases; but we will never feature your personal data in a press release directly. In addition, we may share information if we are evaluating and/or engaging in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale, transfer, or change in ownership of Tripadee, any Tripadee Group entities such as Cool Camping, or any of such entities’ assets.

We may also need to use or disclose your personal information to comply with a relevant legal or regulatory obligation that we have.

We will never share information about you with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your express consent, although when you make your booking, you will have the opportunity to consent to marketing contact by the accommodation supplier.
