Diary

A clear and simple view to see guests arriving,  staying over and leaving on a given day.  The default view is today,  view other dates using the calendar to the right.  Add reminders for dates - you'll receive an email when the task is due.  There are downloadable and printable PDF files under Full PDF,  Staff PDF and Arrivals PDF - these contain information about arrivals,  units that need to be prepared and any extras the guests have booked for their stay.

Please note that some third party bookings may not include all these details due to the limits of integrations and the data they provide us.

There are also filters available for limiting the data by unit or arrival time,  or to view more results results by including additional dates.
