Site Limits

On the site limits screen you can manage the number of people visiting your site, cut-off times for arrivals and various other settings.

Manage the number of people per booking

To avoid large group bookings, you can set a limit to restrict the amount of people per booking.

  • Would you like to restrict the amount of people per booking? – Select the drop-down menu and click 'limit people per booking'. Please note, we advise not to set a limit as it may reduce your bookings, especially for families booking together. Your individual unit capacities will still apply if no overall booking limit is set.
  • Maximum people per booking? – Here type in the maximum number of people you would like to permit.
  • Would you like to ask customers for a vehicle registration number? – By selecting 'Yes', a mandatory vehicle registration field will appear on the customer booking form.

Please ensure that you do not set the maximum people permitted per booking to less than the maximum capacity of the largest unit. This conflicting information would  reduce bookings.

Manage the total number of people on-site

Set a site-wide people limit in order to manage the total number of people permitted overnight on-site at any one time. For example, with the limit set at 100 and with 100 guests booked, no further bookings will be accepted for that night.

Set a cut-off time for arrivals

To prevent same-day or last-minute bookings, set a cut-off time for customers to make bookings. Under the setting 'Would you like to set a cut-off time for customers to make bookings online?' – select the drop-down menu and choose either of the options

  • Add your time (using 24 hour clock format)
  • Add the number of hours before midnight on arrival day
The cut-off you have set will be displayed underneath this box, for example This stops bookings after 24:00 UTC (01:00 local time)
