Site Info

The Setup > Site > Details screen lets you complete the basic information for your Site or Property on Bedful. You can set the name, public contact details, website and private contact details in case we need to contact you. Private details will only be used for bedful to contact you and will never be published.

Public Info

Your site name is presented to your guests throughout the site and may appear on Google, so keep it short, and don't include address details or other information which goes in other fields. The other public fields like website, email and telephone should be public contact details that you wish guests to use to contact you. The public email will be used for an enquiries form if supplied.

  • Site Kind – the kind of accommodation or rentals offered
  • Site Name – no address or branding, just the public name of your site
  • Telephone  – one number only in international format
  • Website  – one address only
  • Email – one email address only

Private Info

This information is only for office use, and is the data we'll use to contact you, so please fill this in with your own details so that we can easily get in touch and our emails won't get lost amidst guest queries. These details will not be published or shared and are solely for us to contact you.

  • Manager Name - your full name
  • Manager Telephone  – one number only in international format
  • Manager Email – one email address only
  • PIN Number - you can also set a PIN number to verify your identity when you call us.
