Your Data Policies

Bedful gives you the control you need over data collected from customers during the booking process. GDPR legislation requires data to be retained for the minimum time needed, so we recommend you collect just the information you need to process bookings.

Data Settings

You can choose whether you want to collect vehicle registration details here, and also whether you want a custom prompt for the booking notes, which will prompt users to submit information you require for each booking.

Data Collection Policy

Choose from the following options:

  • Name, Email
  • Name, Email, Telephone
  • Name, Email, Telephone, Address

Data Retention Policy

Choose the amount of time you need us to retain customer's details, these are available for download during the requested duration, and are deleted once this passes.

These are the options:

  • Keep data for 3 months
  • Keep data for 6 months
  • Keep data for 1 year
  • Keep data for 2 years
